This International Women's Day, we're shining a spotlight on the incredible women of iProspect. We've been chatting with some of our fantastic ladies and asking them some thought-provoking questions.
Today, we're diving into question 1: What is your hope for women in the next 5 years?
Watch out for the next instalments where we'll explore what these women wished they knew when they were younger and their proudest career achievements so far. Join us at iProspect as we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere this International Women's Day!
What is your hope for women in the next 5 years?
“I envision a future where women are not singled out by themselves but rather celebrated for their contributions. Let's move beyond gender distinctions and appreciate everyone's achievements equally.” Sandra Ngiao, Executive, Media Planning, iProspect Malaysia
“I wish for women to be respected and valued by society. That they can be free, walk peacefully when they are alone on the street, that they can develop personally and professionally in a complete way, making their own decisions without being judged, mistreated, or undermined.” Laura Flores, Managing Director, iProspect Chile
“That we reach true equality in the workplace in terms of status, equal pay and opportunities. My daughter plays football and thanks to the England Lionesses, my hope for her is that the women's football game gets the same attention and status as the men's game.” Kelly James, Senior HR Business Partner, Global Media Practice, dentsu.
