Michelle Stern is a Client Services Director at iProspect, responsible for managing the activities of multiple client-facing teams on organic and paid search engagements. She leads overall campaign strategy including the integration of search efforts and other client marketing initiatives, and oversees training and development for client services managers and search marketing specialists.
Stern joined iProspect in 2005 as a Paid Search Specialist and served as a Client Services Manager before becoming a Client Services Director. In addition to search, Stern’s expertise is in market research and consulting. Prior to joining iProspect, Stern was a Project Manager for Copernicus, a leading market research firm, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies in many industries, delivering customer segmentations and brand positioning recommendations. In both fields, Stern has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, travel, retail, pharmaceuticals, finance, and consumer packaged goods.
Michelle Stern is Google AdWords certified, having successfully completed Google’s advertising professionals program, and a Yahoo! Ambassador, having received sponsored search training and professional recognition from Yahoo! Search Marketing. She also shares paid search advice in iProspect’s monthly newsletter, the Search Marketing Advisor™. Stern is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
